Description

You will lead functional configuration and business analysis for Oracle EBS financial modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional configuration of Oracle EBS modules including TCA, OAP, CM, and Financials Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Gather requirements and document business processes for vendors, banks, cash management, payables, and accounting functions.
• Develop and execute test plans while documenting technical designs and business processes.
• Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and educate colleagues on TCA, OAP, and FAH functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst in a financial or software product environment.
• 2+ years in a senior staff or leadership role.
• Implementation experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically TCA, OAP, and FAH.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS Release 12 core functionality (GL, AP, AR).
• Expertise in Oracle Financials, Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or Financial Accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP or international accounting standards.
• Extensive experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio.
• Proven ability to work in a distributed team environment.
