Description

You will manage Oracle EBS database environments, focusing on infrastructure deployment, performance optimization, and security implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy infrastructure, including hardware sizing and database installation.
• Configure high availability setups, schema design, and indexing for performance tuning.
• Implement security protocols, including access control and data encryption.
• Manage backup and recovery strategies, testing, and validation.
• Monitor database health, perform proactive maintenance, and provide integration support for middleware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Database Administration (DBA).
• Hands-on experience with hardware sizing and infrastructure planning.
• Proficiency in database design, optimization, and schema design.
• Expertise in indexing and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of security implementation, access control, and data encryption.
• Expertise in backup, recovery, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to support data integration and middleware configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor collaboration and end-user support.
