Description

You will develop and maintain Oracle EBS components while managing offshore delivery workflows.

Coordinate with offshore resources to drive project deliverables and ensure timelines are met. Perform code reviews on offshore deliverables to ensure alignment with design requirements and standards. Resolve defects identified during system, integration, certification, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide post-production support to resolve live production issues. Support the replacement of legacy systems with Oracle technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2+ components and RICEW artifacts.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage delivery workflows and meet project timelines.
• Review offshore code for adherence to design standards and technical requirements.
• Resolve defects across system, integration, and UAT phases.
• Provide post-production support for live environment issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS development and technical experience.
• 8+ years developing RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms (10g), Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX shell scripting and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules: WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, AP, IBY, GL, CM, SLA.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes: Procure to Pay, Distribution, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Master Data.
• Proven experience implementing and upgrading Oracle Applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
