Description

You will lead technical development and delivery of Oracle EBS components, managing offshore resources to meet project timelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams to drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to design requirements.
• Perform code reviews on offshore deliverables and direct necessary changes to maintain quality.
• Resolve defects identified during system, integration, certification, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) stages.
• Provide post-production support to resolve live production issues.
• Support legacy system replacement projects using Oracle technology.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS development and technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience developing RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows).
• Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms (10g), Oracle Reports, UNIX shell scripting, Workflow, and XML Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 or later.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, AP, IBY, GL, CM, and SLA.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end processes: Procure to Pay, Distribution, Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Master Data.
• Proven experience implementing and upgrading Oracle Applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing offshore teams and technical delivery.
