Description

Own support and development for Oracle EBS HRMS Incentive Compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Capture requirements for EBS Incentive Compensation, including integrations and customizations.
• Perform retrofitting, unit testing, and defect resolution for technical issues.
• Manage package migrations and project creation.
• Coordinate with middleware and IT teams to test and fix integrations.
• Review and validate integrations while overseeing code reviews and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of experience in Oracle EBS support and development.
• Deep understanding of EBS Incentive Compensation and related business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Apps Finance functional modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle Apps Forms and Reports.
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to identify system impacts for small to large scale initiatives.
• Expertise in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
• Strong ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Assist users during the UAT phase and manage defect triage.
