Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Act as the functional lead for Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules and business process flows.

Responsibilities

• Design functional specifications for GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM modules.
• Manage business process flows for Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Execute testing, data migrations, and end-user training activities.
• Support month-end close processes and handle production support requests.
• Document requirements using BR100, MD50, and TE040 functional specification standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
• Hands-on expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Functional knowledge of India GST.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM).
• Strong knowledge of Financial and Cost accounting.
• Experience with P2P and O2C accounting and back-end flows.
• Proficiency in English communication (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation.
• Previous exposure to Support and Testing environments.
