Description

You will support and develop Oracle EBS Finance modules while managing high-priority incidents. Responsibilities Mentor junior developers and validate their technical knowledge through code reviews. Act as the primary single point of contact for P1 and P2 incidents, resolving issues escalated from L1 support. Analyze business requirements to design, code, and implement system changes or new developments. Test all code changes, including function changes and non-regression testing, to ensure stability. Drive permanent problem resolution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and building knowledge base documentation. Required Skills 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS. Proven experience in incident management and resolving P1/P2 production issues. Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and complete Change the Business (CTB) tasks. Experience in full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to testing and deployment. Strong technical skills in coding and debugging within the Oracle EBS environment. Ability to manage third-party technical support and ticket escalations. Any Graduate degree.
