Description

You will support and develop Oracle EBS Finance modules while managing high-priority production incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design, code, and implement system changes or new developments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for P1 and P2 incidents, resolving issues escalated from L1 support.
• Test all code changes, including function changes and non-regression testing, to ensure system stability.
• Drive permanent problem resolution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and building knowledge base documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and validate their technical knowledge through rigorous code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS.
• Proven experience in incident management and resolving P1/P2 production issues.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and complete Change the Business (CTB) tasks.
• Experience in the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to testing and deployment.
• Strong technical skills in coding and debugging within the Oracle EBS environment.
• Ability to manage third-party technical support and ticket escalations.
• Any Graduate degree.
