Description

Provide L2/L3 application support and technical leadership for Oracle EBS Finance modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 bug fix support and on-call duties for P1 incidents.
• Lead the team by managing task allocations, tracking progress, and mentoring junior members.
• Liaise with client application leads, business users, and vendors to coordinate activities.
• Debug issues within seeded and custom concurrent programs and peripheral bank integrations.
• Manage patching, monthly closure activities, and document SOPs and KEDB.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in L2/L3 application support for Oracle EBS.
• Deep functional knowledge of GL, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience with I-expense, I-receivables, I-Supplier, Purchasing, Project Accounting, and EBTax.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix.
• Working knowledge of Oracle SOA and XML.
• Ability to debug custom concurrent programs and peripheral integrations.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
