Essential Job Functions:
Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.Analyze business processes and map them to Oracle EBS Financial modules.Design tariff-based financial solutions aligned with business needs.PrepareBRD (Business Requirement Documents)andMD050/Functional Design Documents.

Oracle EBS Configuration & Setup

• Perform system configurations across Oracle Financial modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Cash Management (CM)Fixed Assets (FA)
• Configure tariff structures, pricing rules, and financial integrations where applicable.Ensure setups comply with accounting standards and organizational policies.

 CRP (Conference Room Pilot) & Testing

• Plan and conduct CRP sessions to validate business scenarios.Prepare test scripts and scenarios covering end-to-end finance processes.SupportSystem Integration Testing (SIT)andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT).Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and ensure closure.

Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation:
• Functional specifications (MD050/MD070)Test cases and resultsConfiguration documentsProcess flows and SOPs
• Ensure proper knowledge capture for future support teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.Provide functional guidance to developers for RICEFW components.Ensure alignment across global roll-out stakeholders.

Deployment & Handover

• Support go-live activities including data validation and issue resolution.Prepare deployment checklists and cutover plans.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions andhandover to AMS/support teams.Provide post-go-live stabilization support.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years

Documentation & Methodology

• Expertise in preparing BRD, MD050, MD070, and test documentation.Familiarity with AIM/OUM or other structured implementation methodologies.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to lead workshops and drive discussions independently.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / MBA Finance / Equivalent qualification.Oracle EBS Financials certification.Experience working in large-scale, global ERP programs.Exposure to integration with external systems (billing, tariff engines, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials (R12 preferred).Deep understanding of finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R.Experience inmulti-org, multi-currency, and global roll-outs.

Project Experience

• Proven experience inroll-out projects(country or business unit expansion).Experience intariff/pricing-based implementationsis highly preferred.Strong exposure toCRP, UAT, and go-live cycles
