Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle EBS Financial modules for global roll-out projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and map business processes to Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Perform system configurations for GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Plan and conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions, tracking defects to closure.
• Develop and maintain BRD, MD050, MD070, and functional design documentation.
• Support go-live activities, data validation, and handover to AMS teams.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials (R12 preferred).
• Deep understanding of finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R.
• Experience with multi-org, multi-currency, and global roll-outs.
• Proven experience in roll-out projects (country or business unit expansion).
• Expertise in preparing BRD, MD050, MD070, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with AIM/OUM or structured implementation methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• CA / MBA Finance / Equivalent qualification.
• Oracle EBS Financials certification.
• Experience with tariff/pricing-based implementations and integration with external systems.
