Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS financial modules to drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement functional configurations for Oracle EBS financial modules.
• Lead business workshop sessions to document requirements and facilitate process transformation.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including data conversion, system cutovers, go-live, and production support.
• Manage work stream scope, change requests, and delivery against defined milestones while mitigating risks.
• Establish a center of excellence for operational finance processes and promote best practices in application management.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes through system optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) functional implementation experience.
• Proven track record of at least three full EBS implementation cycles using R12.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Cash Management, TCA Customer Model, SLA, and EB-Tax.
• Deep knowledge of EBS integration across Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing intercompany and multi-currency transactions.
• Technical and functional proficiency in Oracle EBS core applications and data analysis for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, WIP, BOM, and Master Data.
• Experience with AIM methodology and Waterfall/Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of accounting transactions and internal financial controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EBS Certification.
