Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and integration of Oracle EBS HCM systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS HCM Core HR and System Administration functions.
• Customize and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Modify and support inbound and outbound integrations for employee data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HCM data flow and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle Core Support teams on requirements and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (Functional).
• Expertise in Oracle EBS, Core HR, and System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience with integrations, upgrades, and security roles.
• Proficiency as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
