Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support and maintenance for Oracle EBS R12.2 Financial modules

Configure and support enhancements across Oracle Finance applications

Perform impact analysis for patches, upgrades, and production changes

Support Oracle EBS R12.2 ADOP online patching activities

Coordinate and execute CPU/RUP patch validation and post-patch testing

Conduct regression, integration, and system testing

Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues

Collaborate with technical, infrastructure, security, and business teams

Create and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and support materials

Follow SDLC and Agile best practices throughout project delivery

Required Qualifications

Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules:

Accounts Payable (AP)

Purchasing (PO)

iProcurement (iProc)

General Ledger (GL)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2 environments

Experience with ADOP online patching and Oracle patch management

Knowledge of CPU/RUP patch implementation and testing

Experience with regression, integration, and system testing

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher, or Workflow Builder

Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, EDI, APIs, and flat-file interfaces

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab

Experience with Oracle EBS data purging activities

Understanding of PGP encryption and secure file transfer processes
