Description

You will manage Oracle EBS Financials implementation, design, and support processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Oracle EBS Financials issues and recommend technical or process resolutions.
• Design solutions by preparing specification documentation, process workflows, and gap analyses.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, process walkthroughs, and functional design documentation.
• Improve financial business processes through re-engineering and structured analysis.
• Provide functional input for business processes and post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules.
• Experience with Oracle data reporting and BI tools.
• Proficiency in MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Experience in business analysis within technical environments supporting IT and executive management.
• Ability to use process and data-driven structured analysis techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading requirement gathering sessions for financial modules.
• Proficiency in structured analysis techniques for business process improvement.
