Description

You will lead functional support and project work for Oracle EBS R12.2, focusing on HRIS and Payroll modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve break/fix issues and implement functional enhancements in the production environment.
• Manage steady-state business activities and new project implementations for HRIS.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS structures, including flexfields, lookup tables, and concurrent programs.
• Execute functional tasks related to programs, plans, options, rates, and Extensible Information Types (EITs).
• Manage module configurations and integration patterns independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 Core HR module.
• Hands-on experience with Compensation and Compensation Workbench.
• Proficiency in PTO and Benefits modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Payroll modules.
• Understanding of EBS integration patterns.
• Technical knowledge of flexfields, lookup tables, and EITs.
• Experience managing concurrent programs and rates/plans/options.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
