Description

You will manage the integration between HCM Cloud and on-premise Oracle EBS HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 9 inbound integrations to sync employee data from Cloud to EBS.
• Develop data loads using Oracle HRMSS APIs for work structures and employee data.
• Execute ETL processes including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Analyze and resolve complex data issues during migrations.
• Manage the movement of sensitive HR and payroll data.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 HRMSS data structures and conversions.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and SQL*Loader.
• Deep understanding of HRMSS and HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience with Concurrent Jobs and Oracle HRMSS APIs.
• Proven track record in ETL processes and tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Extract.
