Oracle EBS HRMMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Lead offshore delivery for Oracle EBS HRMMS implementations while managing a team of 40+ members.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore delivery tracks and manage teams of over 40 members.
• Drive cadence calls and maintain direct communication with customer stakeholders.
• Execute hands-on technical tasks involving integrations and system configurations.
• Manage customer relationships and provide technical leadership to the project team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMMS (not Cloud HCM).
• Deep expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Hands-on experience with Workflow (WF) and AME.
• Proficiency in Fast Formula and Oracle Reports.
• Proven experience managing large offshore teams of 40+ people.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
