Description

You will manage the operational and project support for Oracle R12 EBS ERP, Global Data Warehouse, and Hyperion financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee escalation and operational support for Oracle R12 EBS, the global data warehouse, and Hyperion financial platforms.
• Define and enforce implementation standards across the supported footprint (EBS, Hyperion Planning, Financial Management, Orbit Reporting System, etc.).
• Manage the design and execution of end-to-end finance processes, including close, consolidation, and budgeting.
• Lead a team of 7–10 finance analysts and developers across multiple time zones and countries.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

Required Skills

• Seven or more years of experience in finance systems analysis, development, and implementation (Oracle EBS or Hyperion).
• Ten years of experience in finance systems analysis, development, and implementation (Oracle EBS, Hyperion).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL programming.
• Experience managing all Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents.
• Experience with the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
• Experience in design and architecture review.
• Ability to lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle EBS modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, PA, FA, etc.).
