Description

Lead data workstreams and conversion activities from legacy ERP systems to Oracle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion activities and serve as the subject-matter expert for the ERP data conversion process.
• Manage IT Business Systems Analyst resources and oversee conversion activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with legacy personnel, third-party contractors, and the PMO to drive project success.
• Establish and maintain routine delivery of data extracts and reports for functional groups.
• Analyze and resolve project roadblocks while escalating risks and issues to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project leadership.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with inbound interfacing and data conversion processes.
• Proficiency with Oracle Applications and Oracle Database.
• Proven ability to manage technical resources and coordinate across multiple functional groups.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP migrations from legacy systems.
