Description

You lead functional and technical teams in the enhancement, support, and implementation of the Oracle EBS suite. You own the project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and resource targets are met while validating SCM and Finance business flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing systems.
• Oversee full implementation, support, and upgrade projects across SCM and Finance modules.
• Coordinate project assignments to ensure timely delivery and optimal team efficiency.
• Analyze, resolve, and retest defects using the standard defect life cycle.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and standard project planning.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of progressive experience in large-scale Oracle EBS ERP implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM modules (INV, PO, Shipping Execution, OM, I Supplier, IProcurement, Sourcing) and Finance modules (AP, GL, FA).
• Strong command over P2P cycles, GL, and Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle API, XML Publisher, TOAD, and Workflow.
• Experience with customization and personalization of Oracle Forms.
• Knowledge of E-business Upgrade Methodology and project management.
• Experience in data integration, migration, and barcode/Bartender systems.

• Experience with full implementation life cycle and support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
