Description

You will serve as the primary escalation point and solution architect for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), driving production support, stability, and continuous improvement across a large-scale enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation for EBS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS (R12 / R12.2), acting as the major incident manager for P1/P2 issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to ensure SLA adherence and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, DBA, Network, and Middleware teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Oracle EBS experience, with 5+ years in a production support leadership role.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with deep knowledge of EBS architecture (R12.2).
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
• Experience with Workflow Builder, Concurrent programs, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Reports (RICEW objects).
• Knowledge of Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services.
• Strong experience in EBS cloning, patching, upgrades, and AD/TXK patching (R12.2).
• Integration experience using SOA, REST/SOAP, and middleware platforms.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Functional expertise in core EBS modules such as Order Management (OM), Inventory, Procurement, or Accounts Payable/Receivable.
• Experience supporting multi-org or global footprint environments with 24x7 support models.
