Description

Lead program and project management for large-scale, multi-vendor transformation initiatives with a focus on PMO governance and delivery frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct PMO leadership and governance structures for complex transformation programs.
• Manage multi-vendor delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with program controls and frameworks.
• Oversee project execution using MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage interpersonal dynamics across diverse teams.
• Maintain rigorous program controls and reporting standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• Strong PMO leadership experience, preferably in transformation programs.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of governance structures and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
