Description

You will define and govern the technical architecture for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management, leading solution design and integration strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-gap analysis and create HLD/LLD blueprints for RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) across OM, INV, WSH, PO, BOM, WIP, CST, and QA.
• Architect integrations using ISG, REST via ORDS, SOAP, EDI, and middleware patterns (SOA/OIC/Mule/Kafka) with 3PLs, TMS, and banking systems.
• Own data migration strategies, ensuring data quality, idempotency, and reconciliation frameworks for items, BOMs, suppliers, and open orders.
• Guide 12.2.x online patching (adop) compliance, managing editioning views, EBR-safe objects, and file system standards.
• Establish coding standards and reusable patterns for PL/SQL, OAF/Java, and Oracle Forms while optimizing performance using AWR/ASH and SQL Profiles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (12.1/12.2) SCM modules.
• Strong technical proficiency in PL/SQL optimization, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and OAF/Java customizations.
• Experience with Oracle DB 12c/19c, WebLogic, and concurrent manager tuning.
• Proficiency in integration technologies: Mulesoft, ServiceNow, Kafka, SOAP, PL/SQL, Java, REST.
• Knowledge of 12.2 online patching (adop), editioning/EBR concepts, and driver/file management.
• Understanding of DevOps governance: Git, code review, build pipelines, and change control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASCP/Demantra, EAM, and cost close performance improvements.
• Knowledge of cloud/OCI fundamentals (object storage, OAC, GoldenGate/ODI) and security (IDCS/SSO).
• Experience with data carve-outs and cutover orchestration for spin-offs or divestitures.
