Description

You will lead data migration efforts for Oracle EBS Project Accounting, Contracts, Billing, and Costing modules, owning the end-to-end migration lifecycle from mapping to production cutover.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, and loading data between source systems and Oracle EBS.
• Design and document data conversion processes, identifying source fields, transformation logic, and validation rules.
• Utilize Oracle standard APIs and interface tables for data loading operations.
• Define and implement data cleansing and enrichment requirements prior to migration execution.
• Plan and coordinate cutover activities such as mock conversions, freeze periods, and production migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.
• Expert knowledge of Project Accounting (PA), Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Costing modules.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Experience understanding Oracle EBS data model structures (projects, tasks, budgets, funding).
• Ability to reconcile project financials across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management in government contracting.
• Experience with Data Loading mechanisms.
• Ability to write detailed design documents for data conversions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data reconciliation across heterogeneous systems.
