Description

Develop and implement Oracle EBS Payroll solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom payroll processes, reports, interfaces, and extensions using PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
• Integrate the payroll module with HCM, Finance, and Time & Labor modules to ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure payroll process accuracy.
• Analyze payroll data to generate tax reports, earnings statements, and payroll registers.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and implement system fixes or enhancements for end-users.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer with a focus on payroll.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Direct experience with Oracle EBS Payroll module customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HCM and Finance modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with State or Federal projects.
