Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed project plans covering all releases and sprints.
• Establish and manage governance models from planning through release.
• Oversee the change request process and review all related documentation.
• Monitor execution status and generate reports for stakeholder communication.
• Execute project management processes to ensure delivery standards are met.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing Oracle EBS implementations.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end release and sprint planning.
• Experience defining and enforcing project governance models.
• Strong capability in change request management and documentation.
• Ability to manage stakeholder reporting and execution tracking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• 2-year tenure in previous project management roles.
