Description

Lead delivery of medium to large development and implementation projects for global Employee Benefit applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate functional workshops with business stakeholders and analysts across different regions.
• Maintain end-to-end project plans for releases and sprints while ensuring governance models are applied from planning to release.
• Manage complex, multi-country project teams including System Analysts, Developers, and Software Quality Analysts.
• Direct the delivery of change programs to meet stakeholder expectations regarding time, cost, and quality.
• Provide clear project status reports highlighting software readiness, progress, change controls, issues, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience with Oracle EBS implementations.
• Experience managing multi-country teams with diverse skillsets.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery processes and governance.
• Ability to lead system analysis efforts and oversee user story writing.
• Strong skills in risk evaluation and resource forecasting.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Employee Health and Benefit or Insurance Broking industries.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
