Description

Lead large-scale enterprise projects involving Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical, DBA, SFDC, Power BI, and Discoverer workstreams alongside internal and vendor teams.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and enforce accountability to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and management plans.
• Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to mitigate risks and maintain alignment.
• Control budgets, report progress to the Project Steering Group, and initiate corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience managing Oracle EBS Technical and DBA workstreams.
• Experience managing Salesforce (SFDC) and Power BI implementations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and DevOps.
• Strong skills in IT strategy planning, roadmap development, and financial management.
• Expertise in risk management, value optimization, and budget control.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
• Experience presenting critical information and status reports to C-suite executives and senior management.
