Description

You will design and govern the technical architecture for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define target technical architecture and lead fit-gap analysis for EBS R12 SCM internals.
• Architect integrations using ISG, ORDS, Kafka, and middleware patterns with 3PLs and TMS.
• Establish coding standards for PL/SQL, OAF, Java, and Forms, ensuring reusable patterns.
• Own data migration strategies, ensuring idempotency, reconciliation, and error handling frameworks.
• Guide 12.2.x online patching (adop) compliance and editioning-based repair concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (12.1-12.2) SCM modules (OM, INV, WSH, PO, BOM, WIP, CST, QA).
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL optimization, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and OAF/Java customizations.
• Experience with 12.2 online patching (adop), EBR concepts, and driver/file management.
• Hands-on integration skills using ISG (REST/SOAP), ORDS for REST, EDI (X12/EDIFACT), and file-based patterns.
• Proficiency in performance tuning using AWR, ASH, SQL Profiles, partitioning, and concurrent manager tuning.
• Working knowledge of Oracle DB 12c/19c, WebLogic, and EBS tech stack administration.
• DevOps governance experience with Git, code review, build pipelines, and migration tools like Kintana or ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ASCP, Demantra, EAM, or Costing close performance improvements.
• Experience with spin-offs, divestitures, data carve-outs, and cutover orchestration.
