Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support applications within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).

Develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).

Build and maintain solutions using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Design and develop integrations and web services around Oracle Financial systems.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

Work with large data volumes and complex financial processes while ensuring performance and scalability.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Ensure code quality through adherence to software engineering best practices, including coding standards and code reviews.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications to improve system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials within Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP / EBS architecture.

Hands-on experience developing RICE components.

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.

Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data analysis, and performance optimization.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing solutions in service-oriented or distributed environments.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead development efforts for complex enterprise systems.

Familiarity with software development best practices, including source control management, build processes, and deployment workflows.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical and functional requirements
