Description

You will manage the lifecycle of Oracle EBS SCM implementations and support, translating business requirements into functional specifications and resolving complex system defects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis, workshops, and interviews to document current and future state systems.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and lifecycle phases from conception through implementation.
• Coordinate testing, develop training plans, and create user documentation such as web manuals and reference guides.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve defects within specific modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS Implementation or Support experience, specifically with R12.2.x or higher.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Procurement and Inventory modules.
• Proven experience across all SDLC phases, including requirements, build, deployment, testing, and support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues under conditions of uncertainty.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and technical documentation.
• Experience performing business case development, ROI calculations, and risk analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS Order Management and Advanced Pricing modules.
• Database experience including SQL, Oracle, Informix, or Data Warehousing.
