Description

You will support and enhance Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Purchasing (PO). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
• Validate and troubleshoot Order-to-Cash processes, covering order entry, booking, pricing, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Perform data validation and issue analysis using SQL to resolve production incidents independently.
• Support integrations between OM and related Oracle modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve SCM processes and system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 SCM, specifically OM, INV, and PO modules.
• Functional expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, Shipping, Receiving, and Supply Chain processes.
• Knowledge of B2B platforms and integrations.
• Experience with the Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
