Description

Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management implementations, owning the full project lifecycle from planning through cutover and hypercare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the integrated program plan, managing schedule/budget baselines, milestones, and change control.
• Establish governance rhythms including daily/weekly reviews, RAID management, and executive steerco reporting.
• Drive scope management and ensure traceability from requirements through design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional design discussions for Oracle SCM processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, costing/manufacturing) and manage integration dependencies.
• Own testing strategies (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, mock cutovers, and data migration validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management within Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and project delivery lifecycles.
• Proven ability to create and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and phase gates.
• Experience establishing governance rhythms, including RAID reviews and executive reporting.
• Strong background in scope management and requirement traceability.
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM business processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, costing/manufacturing).
• Experience leading testing strategies (SIT/UAT) and cutover planning.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
