Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Oracle EBS SCM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management projects and enhancements.
• Develop and support customizations, extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (CEMLI/RICEFW objects).
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning solutions.
• Design and develop Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and Oracle Forms.
• Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Oracle development best practices.
• Support patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and business users during deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading Oracle EBS technical teams or projects.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Extensive experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, Concurrent Programs, and Oracle APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Open Interfaces and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization is preferred.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
