Description

Lead the service delivery and governance for Oracle EBS operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance activities covering SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and risk.
  • Manage service delivery frameworks for the platform.
  • Drive performance across a global cross-functional team (functional, technical, DBA, integration).
  • Oversee Oracle EBS operations spanning Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, O2C, P2P, and Planning & Scheduling.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of IT service delivery experience.
  • 8+ years specifically with Oracle EBS, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
  • Experience coordinating Oracle DB administration within the RICEFW lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience applying global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Oracle Db Administration.
