Description

Lead service delivery and governance for Oracle EBS operations, managing a global cross-functional team across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, O2C, P2P, and Planning & Scheduling.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance activities covering SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage service delivery frameworks for the Oracle EBS platform.
• Coordinate Oracle DB administration within the RICEFW lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end operations spanning core ERP modules including Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT service delivery experience.
• 8+ years specifically with Oracle EBS, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Deep understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Experience applying global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Oracle DB Administration.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite.
