Description

Architect and deliver Oracle EBS Financials solutions, leading technical design and implementation for scalable enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design customizations using OAF, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Workflow.
• Develop and maintain BI/XML Publisher reports.
• Lead integrations, interfaces, and complex data migration activities.
• Provide technical leadership, resolve complex issues, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS implementation and support experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (Oracle FSCM).
• Strong proficiency in OAF, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Workflow.
• Hands-on experience with BI/XML Publisher.
• Proven track record leading large-scale Oracle EBS projects.
• Experience with system integrations, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications (OCP/EBS).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
