Description

You will provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS R12 environments, managing 24x7 mission-critical applications in high-pressure settings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions to end users for Oracle EBS applications.
• Manage the Oracle Apps patching process and liaise with Oracle Support.
• Collaborate with IT, external consultants, and business teams to resolve incidents.
• Document and report on defects and software issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS development and support.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and XML Publisher.
• In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
• Strong understanding of Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with Distributed Technologies and Structured Software Development processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting applications in high-pressure environments.
