Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and support of Oracle EBS integrations and custom extensions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build RICEW components, including custom extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain EBS integrations with external and internal systems, including mandatory Telephony/CTI connectivity.
• Manage EBS security structures, roles, menus, and user access controls.
• Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and execute performance tuning.
• Review technical designs, enforce development standards, and assist with system upgrades and patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS architecture and development.
• Hands-on expertise in Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven track record in RICEW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Mandatory experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony and CTI integrations.
• Strong capability in EBS security management and access configuration.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EBS upgrades and patching activities.
• Familiarity with collector workbench and call logging tools.
