Description

Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle EBS integrations and custom extensions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support EBS integrations with external and internal systems.
• Build and maintain custom extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW).
• Manage EBS security, roles, responsibilities, menus, and user access.
• Provide technical support for EBS configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and conduct performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle EBS Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Mandatory experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony / CTI integration.
• Proven track record in RICEW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Strong expertise in EBS security and access management.
• Experience with performance tuning and production support.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to review technical designs and enforce best practices.
