Description

Lead technical design and development for enterprise applications, acting as a key contributor and subject matter expert. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure system stability, and mentor development teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications and feature enhancements using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Partner with product leaders and architects to create technical strategies, solutions, and roadmaps.
• Improve system reliability, security, and compliance through robust logging, monitoring, and alerting practices.
• Provide technical leadership and direct code contributions to meet product goals and agile delivery cadences.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and manage technical dependencies across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and container platforms like OpenShift.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the asset finance industry (leasing, lending) and systems like Rapport, InfoLease, or Stucky.
• Proven ability to scope work, provide accurate estimates, and deliver quality outcomes on time.
