Description

You will support, optimize, and enhance Oracle ERP systems through technical development and functional analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle application issues (L3 support).
• Perform root cause analysis and execute system optimizations.
• Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOA Suite.
• Support and maintain Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) modules.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on system enhancements and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion Cloud).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
• Experience developing with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Oracle WMS and OTM Cloud.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticketing and tracking.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP systems architecture and modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
• Background in supply chain or logistics systems.
• Experience with Oracle APEX or Forms/Reports.
