Description

You will manage technical development, production support, and system integrations within an Oracle HCM environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve production support break-fix requests and enhancement requirements.
• Develop technical specifications using flow charts and data flow diagrams.
• Create new development items and retrofit existing code following established standards.
• Execute and document unit test cases based on functional specifications.
• Perform code reviews for deliverables completed by onsite and remote developers.

Required Skills

• More than 10 years of Oracle Human Capital Management implementation or upgrade experience as a developer.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle development and integration technologies.
• Expertise integrating Oracle HCM with Oracle financials, student systems, and OBIEE.
• Experience with 3rd party system integrations including banks, time clocks, and identity management.
• Proven track record in multi-entity shared services environments with populations exceeding 30,000.
• Experience in public sector, higher education, or healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Oracle development, OBIEE, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with integrated teams of clients, consulting firms, and independent Oracle consultants.
