Description

Act as a techno-functional subject matter expert supporting Oracle EBS applications for clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to proposed technical solutions or enhancements.
• Execute testing and deployment of custom solutions for Manufacturing and Purchasing modules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, business SMEs, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and provide process recommendations to leadership.
• Manage onsite-offshore communication and work coordination across different project tracks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working specifically with Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on implementation and support experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
• Deep knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with lean or agile development methodologies.
• Ability to perform functional testing and coordinate solution delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Minneapolis, MN, or relocate to the area.
• Willingness to travel within the US as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a team of 5-10 members.
• Proficiency in support processes including incident, problem, and change management, as well as RCA.
• Experience working within a global delivery environment.
