Description

You will provide deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Apply functional knowledge of Deltek Costpoint (Projects, Contracts, Billing, Costing modules) or similar project/contract systems.
• Lead and execute data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, and loading data between source systems and Oracle EBS.
• Define and implement data cleansing and enrichment requirements prior to migration.
• Utilize Oracle standard APIs and interface tables (e.g., PA_PROJECTS_ALL, PA_TASKS, OKC_K_HEADERS_B) for data loading.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, mapping rules, validation criteria, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS Project Accounting, Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Costing modules.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Data Loading techniques.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS data model structures (projects, tasks, budgets, funding, agreements, billing rules, and contract terms).
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management in government contracting (funding, billing, revenue recognition, and contract modifications).
• Ability to write detailed design documents (CV40/CV60) for data conversions.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contract structures.
• Experience with Costpoint to Oracle EBS migration.
