Description

You will provide deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS, leading data migration and functional implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Apply functional knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or similar project/contract systems to Oracle EBS.
• Lead data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Utilize Oracle standard APIs and interface tables for data loading.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Write detailed design documents for data conversions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS Project Accounting, Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Costing.
• Experience with ETL processes and data loading techniques.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS data model structures (projects, tasks, budgets, funding, agreements).
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management in government contracting.
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contract structures.
• Experience with Costpoint to Oracle EBS migration.
