Description

You will configure, develop, and support Oracle HCM solutions across EBS and Fusion environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and validate Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Payroll, Absence, and Benefits solutions.
• Develop and implement integrations using OIC and BPEL.
• Perform data migration activities and utilize HDL.
• Develop and maintain BI/OTBI reports using OBIEE.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS HCM modules.
• Expertise in Core HR Tech and Payroll Tech.
• Proficiency with Oracle R12 Technical implementation.
• Experience with OBIEE and BI reporting.
• Knowledge of Fusion Fast Formula and DFF implementation.
• Experience with BPEL for integration flows.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence scenarios.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll tables.

• Any Graduate degree.
