Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle encryption implementations and security management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle keystores and wallets to ensure the security and integrity of encryption keys.
• Integrate Oracle databases with external third-party Key Management Systems (KMS).
• Deploy and implement Oracle databases across standalone and multi-tenant environments.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate issues related to encryption implementation in Oracle-based applications.
• Oversee database backup and restoration processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience working with Oracle databases.
• Extensive experience with Oracle versions 18c and 19c.
• Hands-on experience securing and managing Oracle encryption keys in external third-party KMS.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Oracle keystores and wallets.
• Deep understanding of Oracle encryption modes and techniques.
• Experience with standalone and multi-tenant Oracle deployment and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database backup and restoration processes.
• Active IRS MBI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing operational support, including performance tuning and security enhancements.
