Role Overview:

This role is for an Oracle Engineer specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on the ORC, Talent, and Learning modules. The position involves comprehensive implementation, configuration, administration, and integration of Oracle HCM solutions across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include managing customizations, developing API integrations, and handling quarterly patch management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Oracle Fusion modules including ORC, Talent, and Learning.
  • Configure and administer Multi-Region/Country Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent.
  • Develop inbound/outbound, file-based, and API-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
  • Consume Oracle-delivered APIs and integrate them with enterprise applications.
  • Conduct impact analysis and validation for HCM Quarterly Patches.
  • Perform customizations (DFF and EFF), report customizations, and define concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
  • Develop, implement, and customize Workflows.
  • Work across the full project life cycle, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Gain experience with Oracle Journeys.
  • Engage with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and fit-gap analysis.
  • Utilize experience with Oracle Redwood Design System.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly ORC, Talent, and Learning Modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM HR and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Ability to develop and consume APIs for Oracle HCM integrations.
  • Knowledge of HCM Quarterly Patch management and impact analysis.
  • Skills in customization, reporting, and functional setups within Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing, managing, provisioning, and resolving security access issues.
  • Familiarity with Documentum.
  • Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle, and LLMs.
  • Experience with HCM ADP connector.
  • Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience in automating Code deployment processes
